The units on this site were of varying scales and sizes but all being unified by a consistent design aesthetic, building layout and external works solution. The consistency in the design across all buildings and their associated external works created a cohesive development.

With a focus on creating a unified scheme, the emphasis on modern aesthetics and long lasting colour palettes were kept consistent from building to building. The building facades incorporated pre-formed and colour coated cladding panels and elements of powder coated aluminium curtain walling and glazing to the office elements each using an understated colour scheme.

The main entrances to each of the buildings had been clearly denoted by using feature vertical solar shading blade louvres of differing colours. The different colour scheme offered each unit its own personality and in conjunction with the site layout provides visitors a natural guide to the main entrance in each case.

Care was taken with the elevational treatment to break the expanses of cladding with shifts of colour and texture using colour, profile, and orientations. The office elements external material offered a more horizontal emphasis using 300mm cladding modules together with colour contrast and a texture change and incorporates panels within the window module using timber effect and coloured cladding panels offering further relief.
